How does it work?
The upgrade is implemented during a major overhaul at INNIO Group’s Overhaul Technology Center and transitions the engine from 3C to D-version technology through hardware, software, and system-setting updates. It includes camshaft and cylinder head exchange, turbocharger and gas inlet modifications, depending on engine version, crankcase ventilation upgrades where applicable, optional electrical water pump upgrade for J312, and OEM documentation update.
Applicability
Jenbacher Type 3C engines in natural gas and biogas applications, particularly fleets older than 10 years seeking improved efficiency and extended operational lifetime
