How does it work?
The upgrade includes filter vessel with removable lid, exchangeable filter element, new hoses, clamps, filter holder, adapted insulation, new oil drain system, and OEM documentation update. Only the cartridge is replaced, so the filter casing remains in place. The upgrade can be installed anytime, ideally during scheduled service.
